REST API to pull messages with replies and kudos with a certain number

Is there a REST call using which we can do the following:   Get the active conversation in the category based on the criterias, i.e. replies should be more than 10 and kudos more than 5   One we ...

I suspect you'd need to implement a custom endpoint to achieve this (manually filtering the messages).
