I am working on custom component where i need to implement the functionality to be able to give/revoke kudos from all visible idea(messages), i could not find any V1 api so is there a way we can do this using v1 api???

I think this is the closest you'll get. There doesn't seem to be an option to use a specific user login or id, so if your component is shown to the user in question, it should be sufficient.
