Salesforce Community Postback - (302)Moved Temporarily
Hello,
I've set up SFDC/Lithium using the Lithium AppExchange package. Everything is functioning great except for Community Postback, the outbound message from SFDC to Lithium when a support agent responds to a Case.
Within SFDC, I've activated the Workflow Rule using the Outbound message and updated the Endpoint URL (http://<client>.stage.lithium.com/soap/salesforce).
I created several 'Postbacks' with Visible In Self Service Portal checked in 50% of the posts however none of the Posts are arriving in Lithium (inline on my Thread).
I've checked the Outbound Messaging Delivery Status in SFDC and all my messages have the Delivery Failure Reason (302)Moved Temporarily.
Can any one help?
