Skins and Custom Content

Is it possible to pull skins into a custom component the way custom content is pulled into a custom component?

    By "pull skins in" do you mean switch the skin inside a custom component? Can you give me more detail about what use case you are trying to solve?

    Thank you so much for your quick response! This is more a theoretical question. I don't really have a example. But yes, I mean switching the skin inside a custom component, similiar to how you pull in content through custom content.
