Space is not displaying between Paragraph and bullet point

Hello,

We are using REST API v2 to sync messages across Lithium and another system.

We have a requirement to flow the article from another system to Lithium. When we are creating new Article in another system So it should be flow same as it is in Lithium.

When we create new article and giving space between paragraph and bullet points, but Spacing between end of paragraph and numbered section or bullet points  are not being respected.
