SSL certificate for community

Our community site will be part of larger developer portal which is available only through secure channel (https) and the community site has to be https only too. Should we provide LTI with our certificate, request LTI to generate such certificate for us - what's the procedure?

Best is to open a case with Lithium support.

    2 options:

    - you decide to use your own certificate. There is a fee for that. And the certificate has to be compatible with Lithium platform

    - you can go with the free SAN SSL

  • Hi,

Have you spoken to Lithium Support, they own the cname in that its on their own domain so im sure Lithium would need to process this. They did this for me when the inital communty was provisioned.

    Hope this helps

  • I believe you can provide Lithium with the SSL certificate for them to install, but as Stephen says, this is definitely something you'll want to discuss with Lithium support.
