I don't know how to install the Lithium SSO Client on sharepoint, but the .pdf that comes with the .Net SSO Client (the same PDF that is here: http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/Developers-Knowledge-Base/Admin-Guide-Single-Sign-On-SSO/ta-p/19358 ) should have some code examples that shows how to make the calls to the Lithium Library classes to generate the SSO cookie.
