Subscribe button not working for users

Hi,

I have added subscribe options button to category page.

<component id="community.widget.page-options"/>

Admin login: Subscribe button is clickable and working as expected. 

User login(Role as visitor): Subscribe button is not clickable hence can't see the pop up modal.

Can anyone suggest the fix?
