The tagging-weight-n classes denote the relative weight of each tag within the tag cloud.
Let's take a hypothetical example with three tags with the following usage figures and their class in the tag cloud:
Tag name Usage Class Tag A 2 tagging-weight-1 Tag B 20 tagging-weight-10 Tag C 8 tagging-weight-4 So from a styling perspective you can reflect this in a combination of color hue and font weight or size.
