Testing/Debugging/Tracing Component caching

Hi,

We've recently implemented component caching on a number of components on our staging environment and was wondering what the best way to test that this is working correctly is?

Are there any tracing/debugging tools for component caching available? Or is there any other way to determine the performance difference between a cached and uncached component?
