I try to using lithium api. I found note path at Community V1 as below to get private message from user.
https://community.dtac.co.th/restapi/vc/users/id/<user_id>/mailbox/notes
But I cannot find path to reply specify note id. Are there any solutions to reply the note?

When you reply to any of the message in private messenger it will goto outbox of messenger.
You can use API V1 or V2 to fetch all related data of sent messages using below API's
V1:
http://community.lithium.com/community-name/restapi/vc/users/id/43/mailbox/notes/outbox
V2:
SELECT * FROM outbox_notes WHERE user.id = '191'
