TKB STRUCTURE
Hello,
I wonder if there is a recomended structure to create TKBs (not the default ones) but for example:
Do we start by greeting our members?
Should we start "to the point"?
Use questions in order to make people feel confortable?
We have a long list of topics and need to know if there is any best practices we can follow.
Thanks!

Fiore - I would be rather subjective here, it completely depends on how you want to pen your TKB articles. Best would be to actually go through few of the communities around which have TKBs and see what is the best approach for this. Still, if your TKBs are mostly the FAQs, there is no need for formal greetings as it would be rather repetitive.
Few examples:

I hope this helps.
