Top three best solutions which are tagged as accepted

I'm just guessing that the best solution is the one matching the search criteria in your portal.

In this case this query :

http://community.lithium.com/restapi/vc/search/messages?one_or_more=rest&solved=true&restapi.response_style=view

will search for all solved messages whose subject or body contains one or more of the query words entered by your user on your search form.
