Trouble with custom text key

I have the requirement to change the default text: http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/AMA-With-Chad-Michael-Murray/idb-p/AMAChad   Change the following text: 'Urgent Issues' is now 'Hottest' ...

    I resolved it this way.
    idea.most_kudoed_tab.title = Top ${general.Ideas}
    To
    idea.most_kudoed_tab.title = Most Popular

    Andit works for me.
