HI,
Have you attempted to remove the account from lithium and also log into your twitter account and de-authorise the app/connection, once done try adding again? I have had a similar experience with a different platform and twitter and this fixed the issue, essentially the connection/verification can mes up some times.

We have a support case filed for your community, and this issue was addressed overnight during the maintenance window.
