Twitter widget

I would like to use a twitter feed component (with recent tweets and a follow button). Is there a built-in component for this or do I have to implement it myself?

Twitter integration is an add-on feature in Lihtium which you can purchase. Once this is done you can configure the Twitter account in Lithum and use the Out of the Box Lithium Twitter component. Please refer the link below
The other option is use the Twitter embedded script from your twitter account and put in the Lithium Custom Component. This is free
