Two out of the box components performing same function

Hi,

There are two components in tags tab named: 

Tag Leaderboard Messages Title

Tag Leaderboard Messages

and

Tag Leaderboard Messages community Title

Tag Leaderboard Messages

So is it necessary to have "Tag Leaderboard Messages" component?
