Have you checked that the boards are not hidden from lists and menus?
This can be an easy one to overlook but if you navigate to Community Admin > Structure and select the properties for the boards in question you should see whether they are hidden, if they are simply uncheck that box.

This could be a backend configuration issue with the environment. I'd recommend raising a Support Case, hopefully it should be a quick fix for you.
