Unable to see TKB's and Idea Boards in the Community Structure

Hi,   We are unable to see TKB's and Idea Boards in the Community Structure in one of our Demo Instance. Is there any settings need to enable or we need to contact support team to activate it.   ...

This could be a backend configuration issue with the environment. I'd recommend raising a Support Case, hopefully it should be a quick fix for you.
