I believe that there is no way of automating this with Lithium tools, but have you looked into web automation tools like selenium?  Could possibly make things easier...other than that, perhaps you could suggest this on the idea board? http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/customer-ideas/idb-p/Lithium_Ideas
