The conversation.featured constraint not working is an actual bug and is being fixed in the current release. I am not sure if we are going to backpatch that one but we can certainly look into that.
There were changes to how the LIMIT and OFFSET work. SuzieH Can you please point him to the release docs that mentioned about the changes? Thanks.
Let us know if there are other changes that you are observing.
