url decode function

Question

in the Lithium doc&nbsp;http://community.lithium.com/t5/Developers-Knowledge-Base/utils-FreeMarker-context-object/ta-p/9345&nbsp;There is no such function to decode the url&nbsp;. in the freemarker ,there is a function to encode the url ,http://freemarker.org/docs/ref_builtins_string.html#ref_builtin_url&nbsp;Any ideas?&nbsp;

Hi,
just so you know the decoding function is&nbsp;in our product backlog and it should hopefully&nbsp;be added to the list of context object functions soon!

Nah, still not a thing afaik, the Lithium staff member retired before that happened =D...

Same problem here, i have to do manually my url_decode which is a bit dirty.

Any update on this issue? Freemarker still does not have a function to decode a url
