User role add and edit using REST API

Is there any possible solution for adding and editing user roles through REST API calls. Thanks in Advance

Yes it is possible.

http://community/restapi/vc/roles/name/<rolename>/users/add
http://community/restapi/vc/roles/name/<rolename>/users/remove

Query Parameter

role.user=id/63
