Using API / LiQL to query Subscriptions

Hello!  I am super new to Rest API / LiQL and I feel like the first use case I have for it is not super straight forward.  

 

I need to make an inquiry into labels and show which users are subscribed to this label.  

 

I have been poking around trying to figure out how to set this up, and I don't see anything in the LiQL reference that I could use.  Any help would be appreciated if anyone has implemented something like this before.

    I don't think this is possible.

    I searched for 'subscribe' in the API v1 documentation and it didn't return anything related to labels and subscription ...

      Yeah I was checking there too, that's what I was afraid of. I put in a request for more reports around labels, but I thought at least that it could be accomplished with API
