But I can help you with one of the suggestion which can make things easy and successful for you.

You can pass url from your external website, like https://community.khoros.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage?user=mylogin to your community.

With this you need to do additional coding in your Khoros community inside Page Initialization script and here you can check with if user is loggedin in community then fetch more data of the current loggedin user(like user-id) within that condition and then redirect the url and pass the user-id in the url with exact parameters for user-id https://community.khoros.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34821
