What is the difference between /recent/count and /count when looking up messages by label.

Question

Is there a difference between using /count vs /recent/count?

Option 1:

/restapi/vc/boards/id/[id]/topics/for/labels/text/[LabelText]/count

Option 2:
/restapi/vc/boards/id/[id]/topics/for/labels/text/[LabelText]/recent/count
