what is the maximum size of image that can be set in admin?

currently we have configuration in admin for Maximum allowed file size for upload (KB), by default its 3072. What can be the maximum size which I can set over here?

    It looks like out-of-the-box, the highest you can set it is 5120 KB.

I've added a new tooltip to this field so that this info will be quickly available, if you need it in the future. Will show up in the next release.
