Whoops: Reply moved to New Topic. Can I put it back?

A user accidentally moved a "reply" to a new forum instead of moving the entire topic.  Can I put that reply back in the original topic?

    Thanks!   I had hidden that feature thinking "when would we ever move a reply to be a reply on another topic??"

    This, however, is a good use case!  Reenabled!
