At what point does the customer get the Accepted Solution Reminder? A number of days after the post, weeks, ..?

HeavenM​ - I looked for anything in my env. nada.
Also curious:
* Atlas-searched>nothing.
* Googled>nada.
* ChatGPT > says there is nothing documented - built a question I could ask.
* Khoros/Kayako/AtlasAI asked the ChatGPT question > I got this.- <heavy snipping>
Currently, there isn't a specific knowledge base article that directly addresses the timing for the "Accepted Solution Reminder" notification in Khoros Aurora. The articles only reference configuration for event reminders, not for solution reminders.
It appears that this timing is either fixed or not currently documented as configurable.
You may need to submit a feature request or check with Khoros Support for any undocumented options If you need to adjust this value.

haha - and even though I didn't intend to make the actual ticket - I just wanted to ask their AI...it didn't care. Once there was no live agent available to ask...it just moved forward without any further intervention, no cc's and just made the ticket.
Oh well...maybe that'll get us both an answer.

I submitted a ticket - a month (and a few miscommunications back and forth) later - I got an answer.
"the value for the author solution reminder on MY.prod instance is set to 2 days."
I followed up with:
* Can we set that ourselves in Admin somewhere?
* Can we change it for our own instance with a request to Support - if we want?
