Version 25.0At what point does the customer get the Accepted Solution Reminder? A number of days after the post, weeks, ..?
I submitted a ticket - a month (and a few miscommunications back and forth) later - I got an answer.
"the value for the author solution reminder on MY.prod instance is set to 2 days."
I followed up with:
* Can we set that ourselves in Admin somewhere?
* Can we change it for our own instance with a request to Support - if we want?
