Aurora: Edit and restore older versions of a knowledge base article or blog post
Sometimes, you might need to restore a previous version of a published article or post. Let’s see an example where you want to restore a previous version of a published knowledge base article. Editing and restoring blog posts follows the same process.
12 STEPS
1. Go to the article for which you want to restore an older version. Click the Options menu
2. Click History
3. Click open the version that you want to edit and restore.
4. Click the three dots against that version
5. Click Edit and Restore
6. The article opens in an editor.
7. Make your changes and click Publish
8. The older version is restored with the edits.
9. This is a new published version with a new version number
10. Click Open Menu
11. Click History
12. In the Version History you can see that this version was restored from an other version.
