Aurora: Recover a post mistakenly marked as spam
Sometimes, you may mistakenly mark a message as spam and need to recover it later. However, after you navigate away from a post, the post disappears from the community.
Using Spam management, you can recover posts that are marked as spam.
To recover a post mistakenly marked as spam:
- Sign in to the community as an Admin or Moderator.
- Open the Account menu and then click Manage > Spam.
Spam tab is displayed. - You can recover the post from being spam in these ways:
- Open the Options menu next to the post and click Mark as Not Spam.
- Click the Title of the post to review the post and Mark as Not Spam.
The Mark Selected Items as Not Spam window is displayed.
- Open the Options menu next to the post and click Mark as Not Spam.
- Click Mark as Not Spam.
The post gets removed from the Spam management tab and you can see the post again in the community.
