Aurora: View scheduled reports

To view all schedules at each report level:

  1. Open the report you want to schedule.
  2. Click the Options menu
  3. Click View Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports window appears. You can view the statuses of every report that was scheduled for that report level.

To view schedules at all Report levels:

Open the Reports listing page. The Schedule Status column gives you the schedule statuses of all reports at every report level in one glance.                

 

Possible scheduled report states include:

  • Waiting: When a report is scheduled for the first time, the Status shows Waiting along with the date on which the report is due to be delivered. 
  • Processing: After the data collection commences in the background, the Status changes to Processing
  • Download: When the report processing is complete and data is ready, the Status changes to Download. Click Download to download the report on your device.
  • Failed: If a schedule fails for any reason, the Status changes to Failed.

Receive the reports on your email:

After a schedule is complete, the report is directly sent as an attachment to your registered email address.
