Hey LarryI,

I hope you are good. Just wondering if there is any update on the 'Find user' feature, particular sending to a role in one bulk message. We used this a lot in Classic and are now thinking of workarounds to speed this up in Aurora. Is this on the roadmap yet? 

To add, in the meantime as a workaround, in Classic there once use to be a way to add the user IDs manually to the 'Send to' field in direct messages. Is this possible, in Aurora?

Hi Lizzieh!

In the second half of 2025, we plan to re-introduce bulk messaging and a way for you to send private messages via automation. (I will share more on automation soon!!)

For that workaround, we don't support adding user ID's manually in the "Send to" field in Aurora. I'll reach out to your account team to get in touch and discuss this further to come across any viable workarounds for your use case.
