Please make sure you have verified the email address on your account for full access to all of Khoros' Community functionalities. Accounts that are not verified will be limited in participation; they will not be able to post, reply, create a new idea, or blog post, among other things.
Verifying your email is pretty simple:
Click 'My Settings' in the top right nav bar
In the 'Personal Profile' tab, click 'Email'
It should look like this:
If it says 'Unverified' then you can confirm it from here, or if you get stuck just let @AndyK know or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it sorted out for you.
If you're a registered customer, partner or employee, you should have access to the respective exclusive Khoros Community private areas.
If you don’t have the proper access, you’re missing out on exclusive forums, customer ideas, the Support Forum, which includes online training, knowledge base articles, and much more! So don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll get you sorted.

This area of the community is available to all registered users. All you need to do is register on the community, and make sure your email address is verified.
Customers and partners can access online product training directly from the Khoros Community via the training area. Just make sure you have the right access! If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Cases - Cases Activation & Deactivation
Access to Cases is handled separately and owned by Support
Please make sure to include your full name, username and company name.
