danaebaldwin I am sorry for the late response as I missed your message. The issue that my customer reported was "The rich text editor has stopped functioning on iPad and iPad Air 2". This customer reported the issue fixed last Friday, after our patch was deployed to all customers. If you are still seeing an issue with the cursor responsiveness in the message editor using certain iOS devices, please file a Support case and we will assist you. Your community received the patch last Thursday/Friday night so maybe your users have discovered a different issue?267Views0likes0Comments
