Scotty has worked in a variety of roles supporting digital and social customer experiences since joining TELUS in January of 2000. Marrying operations, project/program management, and strategy development, he has championed the customer engagement strategy for off-domain social media and the on-domain TELUS Neighbourhood community, as well as value quantification methodologies and process design to enable and support the TELUS operational social media experience.
