As this integration isn't quite there yet - is anyone using something like an RSS feed to gather all new topics AND replies in a specific board? And then have that fed into a shared Slack channel. Currently we don't use Lithium Response - can I just check that Response has the capability to use Twitter's automated service whereby if a customer contacts your brand via DM you can set up some rules to automate initial responses?
