This is happening for me now as well, possibly reoccurring ChhamaJ or is it just me? Re: Aurora: Recent Content widget configuration Can you confirm what content should be displayed under the 'Most Recent' tab? I thought it should be the any content that has received a reply, however it's unclear if nested replies and comments cause the content to be displayed here. It seems a little hit or miss at times, and sometimes it seems that 'Likes' cause the content to appear there. Can you share the exact logic? Re: Khoros Communities: Aurora 24.10 Release Notes Our community updated to 24.10 today in the last hour or so and many of the Admin pages are no longer loading. I've tried clearing cookies/cache and tried incognito and getting the same experience. Is this known, are others reporting a similar issue? Or does it take a few hours for the update to complete perhaps? EDIT: Everything seems to be fine now again, so looks like the update can take approx 3 hours to complete, in case anyone reading is experiencing the same issues. Re: Using LiQL or SQL on Aurora instead of GraphQL? They replied to say "We are not using the REST API to get the results, we are directly querying the SQL from Java class." Re: Using LiQL or SQL on Aurora instead of GraphQL? the url path needs to be updated to append /t5/s to hit those legacy REST endpoints. Okay, that could solve it, thanks! I'll relay it back to the team for a temporary fix, and then we can work on updating them to GraphQL properly. Re: Using LiQL or SQL on Aurora instead of GraphQL? I have already converted the LiQL query to GraphQL, but our team internally can only use LiQL or SQL in their system. It appears that GraphQL is not universal to every system, whereas SQL often is, so this is probably going to be a point of frustration for a lot of people going forward. If anyone does learn about a workaround, I'd love to hear it. Using LiQL or SQL on Aurora instead of GraphQL? We had an LiQL query we were using for years to surface community posts on our help center, and following the move to Aurora we need to update this to GraphQL. However, the developers on that team would prefer SQL/LiQL as their system is not set up for GraphQL. Is it possible to still use LiQL or SQL queries while on Aurora? Re: Aurora: Set tag permissions Hi LauraV , thanks for the quick reply! We're only using preset tags, and have approx 4-5 available for use in each board. When testing I posted as an admin first, adding 5 tags to the post. Then I switched to a basic/level 1 account and posted in the same board, but got an error to say I had too many tags. Removing one at a time until it posted, it only allowed me to post with 1 tag. Re: Aurora: Set tag permissions Is there a setting that limits users to one tag per post? I ask as our Admins can add as many as they like but testing as a 'normal' user I can only add one tag. I can't find any settings or permissions relating to this.
