If not, are there plans to add this functionality in the future? Hiding custom avatars How can I make it so that no avatar images are "public" when a user has not registered/logged in? We have a community where some KB content is public, but some KB content and all our forum and blog boards are only available to our customers. I want to know how to set all avatar images to "Hidden" rather than "Public". Example: Customer uploads a photo of themselves and sets that photo as their avatar image). We want it so that no unregistered or logged out users can see that avatar image, but when the user logs in, they can then see avatar images. I've found the avatar settings and have set them to no show avatars at the community (and then set to show them at the category and board levels) and that works to limit when the avatar image is visible, but it doesn't prevent an unregistered user from seeing the image if they locate the user and view that user's profile. The image won't show up as the avatar on the profile, the the images section still has the avatar image as "public". Re: 17.7 Release Notes JohnD Thanks John. Yeah, they have the "Start new articles and edit drafts" permission already in place. They can see the Preview option, but when they click on it, they get a error message stating "Correct the highlighted errors and try again. [User] Does not have access to edit this message" even though they're in the TKB article editor making edits already (just can't see the preview). Is this maybe a support ticket? Re: 17.7 Release Notes Question about the preview tab in the TKB editor... As an admin, the preview works for me - both when previewing drafts of new articles and when editing an existing article. However, my TKB moderators can only preview drafts; they can't preview edits of existing/previously published articles. How can I allow them to use the preview functionality on all articles without giving them admin or publisher rights? Re: 16.10 Release Notes Hi there, I was using the LSI Search (beta) report to get a sense of which search terms were being used and, of those, which yielded results and which did not. With the release of 16.10, when I look at this report, it's like the search terms have switched places. By this I mean that the terms that are used in search daily are now showing in the "w/out results". So now, the Search (Beta) report reflects that over 90% of the search terms used didn't yield results. I submitted a support ticket, but I understand that this report is in beta status. I have access to view the search reports (message and user) on the Metrics tab in admin, but that doesn't tell me which terms were used and didn't yield results (I can see which search terms were used and the number of terms used that didn't yield results, but not the terms used that didn't yield results). Any future prospects of moving the LSI search (beta) report out of beta status? :) Also, any suggestions on how I can get a better sense of terms used that didn't yield search results and what those terms were? Thank you.
