Is it possible that some of the accounts in question have not verified their email addresses? That could also affect the ability to subscribe/receive emails.

Re: page-options component
This may be completely unrelated, but I know that until relatively recently (18.12 maybe?), the category page did not even have a page options component available. So, if it was in an included quilt (usually the header quilt) it would not have rendered anything. When we were rolling out a feature that introduced some options at the category level, we noticed that a lot of sites had simply removed the component from their category page's header quilt in Studio, and they had to add it back in to access the feature (category subscriptions). Perhaps the site you're working on is in this state?

lolagoetz Yes. If you are a member of the hidden group, it's searchable like any other group. It's just not visible/accessible to non members.

SuzieH Claudius We've actually got a ticket open for Image Service SVG support that's being actively tracked. Meaning, a developer has been looking into it, though I can't say exactly if/when it will be in a release. I've included this request in the ticket as supporting info.

It was. We've put out a patch that should be rolling out to affected instances that have group hubs enabled, though I thought this had already happened. In any case, I'll request to extend the update during the upcoming maintenance window. It may not have been entirely group hub dependent.

Ah, those admin settings apply to other components (though I don't know which ones, exactly). I know it's confusing to see them there, we're looking into ways to clean up admin so it doesn't show settings that won't actually apply anywhere. I've passed along the information to developers about your 'load more' not appearing, and I'll follow up here with any results. We did confirm that it's designed to show 5 on first load, and then the load more should bring in 10 at a time thereafter.

Hi Claudius I believe it should be showing 10 entries at a time (there's no config to adjust it), though it could have been adjusted down just to keep the component from being very tall on first render. I'll confirm that. The 'load more' should be present if there are more entries, and load in 10 more of them when invoked. Question: which node type are you placing the component on? (i.e group hub, category, community level). That info may help me track this down. Thanks! Nevermind I see you stated it's on a group hub. I'll see if there was any bugs that were fixed recently with the behavior.

Hi johnsmith101 I'm not sure which steps you've tried, so a few questions: 1. Do you have node avatars enabled on your community? It's a setting that may still require filing a request to support to turn on right now. 2. If you do have the setting enabled, did you set an image on a node? 3. Which template/quilt did you place the component? Thanks

Correct. Node avatar was added as part of the Group Hubs feature, but should work on any node. As you say, it may not be in the docs yet, but looking at internal builds I believe that if you see it in admin, it's available to use via its component: <component id="nodes.widget.avatar"/>
