We typically upgrade you every other release automatically during the regular maintenance windows.  Feel free to contact your CSM, TAM (if applicable) or our support team if you have any questions on when you'll be upgraded.

These notes always get published once we've begun the process of rolling out the new version to customers.  You should get upgraded soon if you are on 22.4 currently.
