Aurora Real-time Community Firehose
Classic Real-time Community Firehose
With Community Firehose, community managers can now access a near real-time stream that captures key event metadata, keeping them informed and enabling prompt responses to critical events. These streams are delivered directly to specified endpoints., with a brief delay of approximately 30 seconds from when the event occurred.
Note: Reach out to your Customer Account Executive (CAE) to learn more about Community Firehose.
Community languages
Community pages and email notifications are now available in Spanish, French, and Japanese translations. More languages will be available soon, including German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Dutch (Netherlands), Polish, and Russian.
New options for Knowledge Base Article page template and Header & Footer widget
Several new options are available for the Knowledge Base Article content widget located on the Knowledge Base Article page template.
Also, when you add or edit a custom or Text/HTML widget to the Header & Footer template, two new options are now available in the More options section.

Care
New Apple App Store integration
The Apple App Store can now be integrated directly with Khoros Care, enabling agents to respond to ingested reviews on their iOS apps directly from Care instead of requiring an admin to respond natively from within the App Store Connect console.
Note: Due to a deprecation from Apple that was not announced ahead of time, the legacy iOS App Store integration was made unavailable earlier than expected.
WhatsApp integration message receipts, and X premium user character limit increase
When agents send messages on behalf of their brand, they can now view its status: Sent, Delivered, or Read.
For premium verified handles, we increased the character limit of agent responses to 4,000 characters.
