Facebook has announced the deprecation of certain metrics within the Page Insights API, effective September 16th, 2024. The change will impact the availability of some metrics and features on the Khoros Marketing platform.

The Khoros Care Release version 24.09.1 includes the direct message integration with LinkedIn Company pages, the ability to configure an out-of-hours work queue warning, comment ingestion on mentions for LinkedIn and Instagram, Modern Chat updates, and a bug fix.
