LinkedIn Company Pages: Direct messages
The Khoros Care Release version 24.09.1 includes the direct message integration with LinkedIn Company pages, the ability to configure an out-of-hours work queue warning, comment ingestion on mentions for LinkedIn and Instagram, Modern Chat updates, and a bug fix.
Work Queue search and Modern Chat Markdown support
We improved the conversation transfer experience by implementing a Work Queue search field in the Assigned To drop-down window in conversations. This enables agents to quickly locate the work queue to which they want to send the current conversation.
We have added documentation for Markdown support in Modern Chat widgets. This includes the ability to customize how different HTML elements are rendered when they are added using Markdown syntax. You can find out more in Advanced CSS Classes.
Integrations: improved reconnection process
To streamline the integration reconnection process and ensure all page access tokens are up to date with a single action, when an admin user selects Reconnect for a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn integration, all other integrations for which the user is an admin are now automatically reconnected with the updated permissions. Admins no longer need to reconnect all of their integrations individually.

This release introduces the Manage Users page with options to add, delete, and manage members, and configurable page scripts for enhanced customization and performance tracking. Bug fixes ensure a smoother experience.

Bulk Archive - Content older than 10 years is now being archived as expected when you use the Bulk Archive option.
Events - Anonymous users are now redirected to sign-in to the community before accessing the Event creation page. This update ensures that the "Authenticate Users" setting for Events is honored.
