Access to API docs for a community member?

We have a community member who wants to make use of Khoros APIs so he can ask his Google Assistant how many kudos he has (I think he's kinda joking, but also kinda serious?).

But, I'm not sure how to get him access to the API docs, since he's not a Khoros customer. Is there a way to do this?

Also, has anyone else ever had a community member request this? Just curious!!

Cheers!

  • CarolineS,

If you mail support and cc that person to get him access to the developer docs with his register email-id and username. they will help him out to give access.

Yes, I had a few Super Users asking for API docs as well. They were part of a French language volunteer moderation team and build some browser extensions that helped them with spam combatting. I think it's common for tech affine communities that a few coders ask for more details. And with read access there is not much harm they can do.
