If you're looking to get email templates you have already customized in Studio, you can export them using the SDK command li export-studio-plugin --email --force. (Search for "Customize Email Templates".) files will be in <plugin_root>/res/lang/text.<language_code>. As VarunGrazitti said, we don't currently have an API to get our out-of-the-box email templates.
Note that once you customize an email template, you won't see updates to them upon future release upgrades. We document changes to email templates in release notes, though, in order for you to stay up to date with text changes.
