I wrote a script to do this. Add this to a custom page or endpoint in studio.

A few notes:
You have to open the browser console to see what's happening. It will console log the response from each API call so you can make sure there are no errors.
There is a field to enter a keyword. We use this in case we only want to replace a label on a post if a specific keyword is present. You can just leave this blank if you want to just do a straight replace.
Also, you can leave the new label field blank if you only want to delete a label, but not replace it. On our community labels are required, so the script will only do this if there is more than one label on a post. Again, not an issue for your situation where you are replacing one label with another.
Lastly, this is written to only show for users with the "Administrator" role.
I would try it and play with it in stage first. Let me know if you have any questions.
