Blogroll / Connect With Us Component

Hello!

I'm interested in adding the Blogroll / Connect With Us component as show below to our categories pages but this one only shows on blogs. Is there another 'out of the box' component that is available, or would this need to be accomplished via HTML in a custom component box?
