Board Level structure with pre-defined YouTube video...

Hi,

 

I am trying to setup a board page layout where I can have a You Tube video added and configured as the "description" of that board.

 

Ideally, the page layout should have a placeholder for the video at the top with the threads appearing under it.

 

On the community landing page, the category should be shown with a "mini" version of the video on the left side and the text title of it on the right.

 

The idea is that I could create multiple boards under such format but each one with a different video associated to it.

 

Is that possible with the out-of-the-box product or do I need to ask the professional services team to custom build that for me?

    Without a professional services engagement, you would have to re-write the message list on the board page, and you would most likely lose some of the icons that appear in various casees (when an attachment has been added to a message, when a message has been escalated, etc.) if you didn't know to code for that (and in some cases there is no way to code for that in studio).

     

    I believe Professional Services has a way to customize the message list on the board page that has not been exposed in Studio yet.
